Knights of the Fallen Empire: Chapter 8 "Taking Flight"

This is a story of Sith Warrior (Emperor's Wrath), mostly Dark Side

Now when you have an advanced droid artificial intelligence at your side, it's time to go back to Asylum. But are you sure all of your current allies are trustworthy?

Knights of the Fallen Empire: Chapter 8 "Taking Flight"
Die Hard

SCORPIO seems to know the way with ancient spacecraft awfully well, but there're still doubts if it's wise to grant her full control on the ship. And look who's calling you on holo - good old Heskal. I wonder what he wants.

Can you imagine, this old lunatic Heskal has told Arcann about you being on Asylum. And guess what - Arcann got up from his throne and now the Scions are dead. And surely he didn't come here alone.

That's a real mess! Asylum is flooded with skytroopers and knights of Zakuul, the Gravestone is hold tight by the docking clamps, Arcann is lurking somewhere and on top of all Vaylin is here too! Someone has to take back control over the docking computers.

You're on your own now. Koth's crew is busy defending the ship, Senya enjoys a family rejunivation, Lana, Koth and HK-55 are covering you. The override station is within your reach, you just need to get closer and switch the damned clamps off.

The Gravestone is free and Arcann is neutralized, even if temporarily. You're suffering after the fight, but time is short and you still need to get back to your ship.

It seems like Vaylin is not that simple. What are her real intentions? Why tell Senya that Arcann killed his brother (without further description of the situation)?

Choices matter
In Chapter 8 "Taking Flight" there is a moment with DS/LS choice:
 - Arcann strikes Heskal with his lighsaber and Heskal is dying. You'll be given a choice to kill him (DS) or to leave him alone. He dies in any case, by the way.
-while fighting Arcann Valkorion offers his help once again. You can accept it (DS choice) or refuse (LS option). In case if you've picked DS one you'll defeat Arcann immediately (he's not dead yet, by the way). You'll suffer from injuries in any case (LS or DS). The difference is that in case of LS choice Arcann strikes you with his lightsaber and in case of DS one your body is damaged by Valkorion's enormous power.

In this chapter your choices mostly affect Lana and Koth. Lana approves your "mission is the highest priority" attitude while Koth would be grateful for dialogs like "go save your crew, we'll be fine here". Also there's a scene with a dialog affecting Tora - blue-haired  engineer girl. She is rather rude asking is she could have your stuff if you're dying anyway and "will remember your cruelty" if you, for example, force-choke her.

Companions: old and new
You're not getting any companions in Chapter 8. However, you meet Tano Vik (if you let him live back in Chapter 6, of course) - he's helping you to fight the way to the control centre.
HK-55 sacrifices himself to protect you from Arcann. He dies whatever option - DS or LS you pick. You can still get him back as a subscriber reward. If you're not eligible for this reward, he's lost for you.
